Orange County Library System Announces: New York Times Bestselling Author John Green Coming Jan. 24

ORLANDO, FL (July 24, 2024) – Welcome home, John Green! Fans of Green’s fiction, philanthropy and online community will have the unique opportunity to hear from the author when he comes to town Friday, January 24, 2025. Tickets go on sale September 9 for An Evening with Author John Green, presented by the Lillian Louise Pharr Endowment Fund and the Friends of the Orange County Library System. This is the first in what will be the annual Lillian Louise Pharr Author Series, made possible by a generous donation to the Friends of the Orange County Library System by the late Roger Pharr. An Orlando native, tennis legend and former Orlando Public Library volunteer, Mr. Pharr made the endowment in honor of his mother, enabling the library to bring exceptional authors and meaningful conversations to the Orlando community.
